Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for driving new business growth and strengthening client relationships in the B2B marketing and demand generation space.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client objectives. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing opportunities while maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM documentation. The Business Development Manager collaborates with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality delivery. This role also requires tracking market trends, gathering client feedback, and contributing to strategic initiatives that expand Salezlift Solutions’ reach and revenue.
