Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base for Kayachitra By Mridul. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting service offerings tailored to client needs. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research,



develop and execute sales strategies, manage a pipeline of leads, and track performance against targets. Day-to-day activities include client meetings, networking with local partners, preparing proposals and quotations, collaborating with creative and operations teams, and representing the brand at events or industry gatherings. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
