About the Role: We are hiring a seasoned GM – Head of Finance to join our Group Company and spearhead the complete finance and accounts function for our mining operations based in Konsari, Maharashtra. This role reports directly to the Group CFO and requires strategic leadership, cross-functional business acumen, and hands-on governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, balance sheets, P&L; reporting, and data consolidation for corporate reporting.
Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate operational and project financial risks; ensure strict adherence to statutory tax laws, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
Treasury & Trade Management: Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, inventory control, and debtors management.
Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with executive leadership, board members, auditors, and key stakeholders.
Team Governance: Supervise, mentor,



and lead a cross-functional finance and accounting team of 3–6 members across accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A.;

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master’s Degree in Finance / Accounting.
Experience: 9–11 years of progressive finance leadership experience (preferably within mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors).
Functional Scope: Proven hands-on track record across FP&A;, core accounting, statutory taxation, treasury, and financial reporting.
Leadership: Experience managing teams of 3–6 members and collaborating across business functions.
Technical Skills: Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP setting.
