Role Description This full-time, in office Technical Sales Engineer (Fresher) role is based in the Pune Division. The role involves learning and presenting technical features and benefits of Sileaf’s BLDC-based products, especially Solar DC water pumps, to prospective and existing customers.



The Technical Sales Engineer will support the sales team with product demonstrations, basic technical consultations, and preparation of proposals and quotations. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with R&D; and production teams to resolve technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. The role also includes participating in training sessions, market research, and field visits to better understand customer requirements and application environments.

Candidates should possess skills in Technical Sales and Sales to engage prospects, understand customer needs, and contribute to revenue growth.
