Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Business Development
Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's business objectives.
Identify and onboard current corporate clients for employee healthcare and wellness programs.
Establish strategic partnerships with large corporates, PSUs, educational institutions, and government organizations.
Drive revenue growth through corporate health packages, annual health check-ups, and occupational health services.
Relationship Management




Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Managers, and decision-makers of corporate organizations.
Manage key corporate accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Strengthen relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and referral partners.
Resolve escalations and ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance hospital visibility and market share.
Lead corporate events, health talks, wellness initiatives, CMEs, and health camps.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to strengthen online brand presence.
Represent the hospital at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the corporate marketing team.
Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
