Who you are:-
MBA in Marketing / Communications or equivalent; 5-8 years in progressive marketing roles




Prior experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or premium consumer/lifestyle brands strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in brand building, enrolment growth, and integrated campaign execution
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, CMS, and email automation tools
Exceptional communicator — compelling writer, confident spokesperson, skilled storyteller
Genuine passion for girls' education and alignment with a values-driven, child-safe institution
