ABOUT WTF

WTF is building an integrated fitness and wellness platform across gyms, technology, consumer products and digital memberships. This role works directly with the founder and owns the paid-growth engine across EVRYDAY Supplements, EVRYDAY Marketplace, the WTF app and additional consumer verticals.

THE MANDATE

This is a hands-on execution role—not an agency-management, reporting or delegation-only position.

You will be expected to:
• Scale EVRYDAY Supplements toward ₹100Cr in contribution-positive digital revenue.
• Build the EVRYDAY Marketplace toward ₹200Cr.
• Drive WTF app memberships, subscriptions, renewals and repeat purchases.
• Build an operating system that can be reused across multiple WTF consumer businesses.

We already run 5,000+ ads and can produce new creative in 24–48 hours. Your job is to turn that velocity into profitable website and app transactions.

WHAT YOU WILL PERSONALLY OWN

• Meta and Google account structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, budgets and scaling.
• Creative-test architecture: hooks, formats, offer testing,



fatigue detection and iteration.
• Website/D2C revenue: purchase funnels, CRO, landing pages, AOV, RTO/refunds and contribution margin.
• App growth: MMP/events, install-to-paid conversion, subscriptions, renewals and retention.
• Measurement: GA4, GTM, CAPI, attribution, CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV and incrementality.
• Lifecycle: CRM, email, WhatsApp, win-backs, repeat purchase and churn reduction.
• AI-native workflows for creative production, analysis, anomaly detection and reporting.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

• You have personally operated both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Your primary outcome has been paid website/app purchases—not merely leads.
• You can defend spend, net revenue, CAC, MER/ROAS, contribution and retention numbers.
• You know what changed because of your own actions.
• You are currently based in Delhi NCR and can work full time, six days a week from Noida.
• You can bring a non-confidential, redacted or indepen
