Role Description The Performance Marketing Consultant is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive admissions, brand awareness, and engagement for Makoons World School. This on-site role, based in Ghaziabad, involves managing digital and offline performance marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign analytics. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the school leadership and admissions teams to define campaign objectives, creating marketing plans, monitoring campaign performance,
