Role Description The Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Andaman and Nicobar, responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations for the hotel and resort properties. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting budgeting activities, and assisting with financial planning and analysis to guide business decisions. The Finance Executive will handle financial reporting, coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate records,



and support compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other regulatory requirements. Daily tasks also involve monitoring expenses and revenues, reconciling accounts, and providing timely financial insights to management. The role requires close collaboration with operations, procurement, and senior leadership to maintain financial discipline and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements and support Financial Reporting.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying variances, and supporting decision-making.
Practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and related documentation within the hospitality or service sector.
Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and general financial tools; familiarity with hotel or resort financial systems is an advantage.
