About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Relay Testing Engineer to join our manufacturing and testing team at Derabassi.

The incumbent will be responsible for the testing, inspection, commissioning readiness, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of HT panels up to 33 kV and LT panels up to 800 V. The role requires sound technical knowledge of electrical protection systems, relays, control circuits, and testing equipment,



along with the ability to identify and resolve testing-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive electrical testing of HT and LT panels, including:
Continuity and insulation resistance (IR) testing
High Voltage (HV) testing
Control circuit testing
Interlocking and functional testing
Relay testing and protection scheme verification
Secondary injection and other applicable tests
Perform relay testing and configuration using Omicron and other relevant relay testing equipment.
Verify wiring, control circuits, protection schemes, electrical components, and panel functionality as per approved drawings and specifications.
Inspect materials, components, wiring, enclosures, and assemblies to ensure compliance with defined quality requirements.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and relay-related issues during testing, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive act
