Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing day-to-day sales operations. This role includes leading and coaching a team of sales representatives,



setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. The Sales Team Lead will manage the sales pipeline, conduct data-driven analysis of leads and conversions, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings. Daily activities involve building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing learners and partners, handling escalated customer inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality, service-oriented sales experience. The role also includes preparing sales reports, forecasting, and contributing to sales strategies that support Skillofy_AI’s mission of career transformation.
Qualifications

Strong sales capabilities, including experience in consultative selling, lead conversion, and revenue growth; prior success in edtech or SaaS sales is beneficial.
