We are looking for a tech-driven Automation & AI Engineer who deeply understands the YouTube and social media ecosystem. You will build programmatic workflows, custom scripts, and data pipelines to automate content operations, channel management, video compilation, and competitor intelligence.

What You’ll Do
Channel & Audience Automation: Build automated workflows using the YouTube Data API and Instagram Graph API to manage publishing, update metadata, monitor channel performance, and drive audience growth algorithms.
Competitor Intelligence & Analytics:



Create automated tracking pipelines (via Social Blade, vidIQ, and custom APIs) to benchmark competitor channels, flag viral video outliers, track trending tags, and send real-time alerts.
Automated Video Creation & Compilations: Develop algorithms and scripts (Python, FFmpeg, MoviePy) to ingest video libraries/shows, programmatically extract high-retention segments, and assemble long-form compilations and shorts.
AI-Driven Creative Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools (Midjourney, Secure Diffusion, OpenAI APIs) into production pipelines to automate thumbnail creation, metadata generation, and A/B thumbnail testing.
Workflow Optimization: Identify manual bottlenecks across creative, editing, and distribution teams and replace them with scalable code-based automation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Industry Experience (Essential): 2+ years of hands-on technical or analytical experience working directly
