We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Specialist

CBS Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead ROI-focused digital campaigns and strengthen our reach across India and beyond.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and hands-on campaign expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and optimising student outreach campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms
Developing audience, keyword and A/B testing strategies
Monitoring CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC and LTV
Building and optimising funnels, remarketing journeys and landing pages
Collaborating with creative and content teams




Driving actionable insights through performance reporting

What we're looking for:

5+ years of paid performance marketing experience
Solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, UTM tracking and attribution
Strong understanding of funnel optimisation and marketing automation
Education or event marketing experience will be an advantage
