Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales & Operations Manager to take complete ownership of PAN India retail store sales and operations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing overall store performance, achieving sales targets, handling retail teams, monitoring inventory, ensuring operational discipline, improving customer experience and implementing company policies across all stores.
Candidates with FMCG industry experience and multi-store retail operations experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. PAN India Sales Management
Take complete ownership of sales performance across all retail stores.
Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.




Track store-wise and employee-wise performance against targets.
Develop strategies to improve sales, conversion and average transaction value.
Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, promotions and other sales initiatives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
2. Retail Store Operations
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of all retail outlets.
Ensure implementation of company SOPs and operational processes.
Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
Ensure proper store opening/closing, discipline and service standards.
Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Admin, Marketing, IT and other departments for store requirements.
3. Team Management
Manage Store Managers, Sales Associates and other retail employees.
Monitor manpower requirements and productivity across stores.
Track attendance, rosters, weekly offs and
