Role Description The Crowdfunding and Digital Ads Specialist will lead online fundraising campaigns and manage digital advertising initiatives to support SikhAid’s mission-driven programs. This in office role, based in Bhubaneswar,



involves planning and executing crowdfunding campaigns on relevant platforms, creating compelling campaign narratives, and optimizing donation funnels. The specialist will design, launch, and monitor digital ad campaigns across channels such as social media and search engines, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with program teams to gather impact stories and visuals, managing campaign timelines and budgets, analyzing campaign data, and preparing performance reports for internal stakeholders. The role also includes engaging with supporters online, responding to campaign inquiries, and collaborating with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging.
