Role Description The State Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Akhnoor, responsible for driving regional business growth and managing end-to-end operations within the state. This role oversees sales performance,



develops market expansion plans, and builds strong relationships with key customers and partners in relevant industries. The State Head coordinates with corporate teams on product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity. Daily tasks include leading and mentoring the regional team, setting performance targets, reviewing progress, and ensuring alignment with Kingtech’s quality and service standards. The role also involves regular reporting, participation in strategic planning, and representing Kingtech at customer meetings, industry events, and local business forums.
