Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across TripCiti’s social media platforms to promote travel packages and build brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing written and visual posts, capturing and editing photos or short videos, and monitoring audience engagement.



The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting for posts, captions, and short-form storytelling.
Ability to plan and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
Proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
Experience with visual content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and video-editing software.
Solid research skills to identify travel trends, destinations, and audience interests for compelling content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
