Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Kolkata. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries through various channels, provide timely and accurate information, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing support tickets, offering basic technical assistance, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues when needed.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes, gathering customer feedback, and maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style in every interaction.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on clear, professional communication.
Ability to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-up.
Experience providing Online Support across email, chat, or web-based platforms.
Basic Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot common user or product issues.
Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in office in Kolkata and manage a full-time workload.
Comfort with using CRM or ticketing tools and standard office software.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role and a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
