Chartered Accountant (Audit & Finance) from Manufacturing Organizations preferable, 6 days work from Office, Location, Gurgaon.
Trellis Consulting is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join the finance team of a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation operating in the climate-tech and clean-energy space based out of Gurgaon.
This is an opportunity for a CA who enjoys working across accounting, audit, financial reporting and compliance, and wants to take ownership in a growing organisation where the finance function is an important part of the company's scale-up journey.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Closing
Manage and drive the month-end closing process.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
Audit & Assurance
Handle and coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide required schedules, documents and information.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and follow-up actions.
Maintain appropriate audit documentation and records.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS compliance.
Support other applicable statutory and tax-related requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance matters.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare and support MIS and financial reports for management review.
Develop meaningful financial reconciliations and analysis.
Support management with accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong exposure to accounting, audits and financial reporting.
Good understanding of statutory and tax compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Exposure to ERP systems.
