Role Description The Factory Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and ensuring smooth and efficient production. This position manages production schedules, supervises shop-floor teams, and coordinates resources to meet output, safety,



and quality targets. The Factory Manager monitors equipment performance, implements preventive maintenance plans, and supports continuous improvement in processes and productivity. The role includes enforcing quality standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to company policies. The Factory Manager collaborates with senior leadership on operational planning, cost control, and capacity utilization, while mentoring staff and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
