Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage and support day-to-day HR operations across employee engagement, payroll coordination, recruitment, administration, compliance, and learning & development.

The role will work closely with employees and business teams to ensure smooth and effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.




- Address employee queries and support positive employee relations.
- Gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Support employee communication and engagement programs.

Payroll
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, and other employee-related data.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and accounts teams for payroll-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee compensation and payroll records.

Recruitment & Coordination
- Manage recruitment coordination and support the end-to-end hiring process.
- Source and screen candidates through relevant platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
