Mapp Drilling and Exploration Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor – Core Drilling to join our field operations team.
? Position: Site Supervisor – Core Drilling
?️ Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in core drilling operations
? Work Type: Full time | Field-based
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day core drilling operations at site.
Coordinate drilling crews, equipment, materials, and site activities.
Ensure drilling operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Monitor drilling progress, core recovery, drilling parameters, and daily production.
Maintain accurate site records, drilling logs, and daily reports.
Coordinate with engineers, geologists, clients, and management as required.
Identify and resolve operational issues at the drilling site.
Ensure proper maintenance and handling of drilling equipment and tools.
Enforce strict safety practices and site discipline.
Candidate Requirements




Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the core drilling field.
Strong practical knowledge of core drilling equipment and field operations.
Previous experience supervising drilling crews and managing drilling sites.
Good understanding of drilling procedures, safety practices, and site management.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site operations.
Must be willing and able to remain on the field/site at all times as required by the project.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations.
