Role Description The Student Mentor – Digital Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. In this position, the mentor supports learners throughout their digital marketing program by clarifying concepts, guiding project work, and providing constructive feedback on assignments. Daily responsibilities include conducting doubt-clearing sessions, facilitating small group discussions, reviewing student performance,



and helping learners apply digital marketing strategies to real-world scenarios. The mentor collaborates with trainers to align mentoring activities with the curriculum, tracks student progress, and offers individualized guidance to keep learners motivated and on pace. The role also involves maintaining clear, professional communication with students, contributing ideas to improve the learning experience, and occasionally assisting with webinars, workshops, or live sessions.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge of core digital marketing domains, such as SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
Practical experience with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and basic website/CMS management).
