About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage support for both HealthSy and HealthSy Pharmacy. The role involves handling customer and business/partner queries, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely closure of support requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support – HealthSy
Handle customer queries related to HealthSy services, bookings, payments, and service requests.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and appropriate resolutions.
Ensure queries are addressed within the expected turnaround time.
Customer Support – HealthSy Pharmacy
Handle queries related to pharmacy orders, medicines, deliveries, cancellations, and refunds.
Assist customers with order status, product availability, and delivery-related concerns.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve pharmacy-related issues.
Business & Partner Support
Handle queries from healthcare providers, pharmacies, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Assist with onboarding, account, payment, service,



and operational queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner-related concerns.
Query & Complaint Management
Receive, understand, categorize, and prioritize customer and business queries.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.
Escalate complex or critical issues to the relevant team.
Follow up on open issues until complete resolution.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Operations, Pharmacy, Delivery, Finance, Business Development, and other relevant teams.
Ensure queries are directed to the appropriate team for resolution.
Follow up on pending issues and take ownership until closure.
Customer & Partner Communication
Communicate through calls, WhatsApp, email, chat, and other support channels.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates.
Maintain a skilled, polite, and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records
