The Role
TinyPal helps parents navigate child development with tools and content grounded in real developmental science. We're a small, fast-moving team building for a niche but deeply engaged audience: parents in the US who care about doing right by their kids and want a trustworthy companion for that journey.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
Strong experience with consumer-facing subscription businesses, preferably mobile apps.
Proven understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, subscription conversion and payback.
Experience targeting US consumers, ideally parents.
Experience with full-funnel growth in trust/education-led categories such as parenting, health, wellness or edtech.
Strong understanding of mobile measurement tools such as AppsFlyer/Adjust and SKAdNetwork.
Highly analytical,



experiment-driven and comfortable working with lean budgets.

What You’ll Own
- Channel strategy across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, tailored to US parents, with campaign structures that span the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Creative and messaging strategy — briefing and iterating on content that builds trust and category understanding, distinct from bottom-funnel conversion creative.
- Budget management and pacing across channels, with a transparent point of view on how to sequence spend across the funnel.
- Measurement and reporting — defining the right KPIs at each funnel stage and building a model the team can trust to guide decisions.
- Testing roadmap— audiences, creative, placements, and bidding strategies, with disciplined experimentation and clear documentation of what worked and why.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product and content to make sure paid campaigns reflect what actually resonates with parents
