About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented and disciplined Sales Executive with strong B2B sales skills and an understanding of technology-based services.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with hardcore sales, lead generation, database mining, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, follow-ups, client meetings and deal closures.
You should have the ability to understand technology solutions and confidently explain their business benefits to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, online databases, referrals, calling, email campaigns and other relevant sources.
Perform database mining and prospect research to identify potential decision-makers and businesses.
Identify and approach prospects across relevant industries and create a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct cold calls, email outreach,
LinkedIn outreach and regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right technology/marketing solution.
Present, demonstrate and pitch services to prospective clients.
Arrange and attend client meetings and business presentations, including travelling when required.
Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial discussions with clients.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion or closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated with emerging AI, digital marketing and communication technologies.
