Role Description
The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable jewelry pieces that align with their preferences and budget. Day-to-day tasks include showcasing collections, explaining product features and craftsmanship, providing pricing details, and supporting customers through selection and purchase. The role involves maintaining product displays,



ensuring counters are clean and well-organized, and updating stock information and tags. The Counter Sales Executive will also handle billing, documentation, and coordination with the back office and workshop teams to fulfill customer orders or customizations. This is a full time, on-site role based at the Gems Paradise showroom in Jaipur.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to engage warmly, listen actively, and build trust with diverse customers.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including product presentation, upselling and cross-selling, and closing sales in a consultative manner.
Basic retail operations skills such as handling billing systems, managing cash and digital payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.
