Role Description The Senior HVAC & Plumbing BIM Designer/Modeler is a full-time, in office role based in Dubai. This role involves developing detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC and plumbing systems,



coordinating designs with architectural and structural teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards. The individual will translate engineering concepts into constructible models, perform clash detection, and support design optimization for district energy and high-performance building projects. Daily tasks include updating and maintaining BIM documentation, preparing coordinated shop drawings, supporting multidisciplinary design reviews, and collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to best practices, mentoring junior designers/modelers, and supporting continuous improvement of BIM workflows and templates.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HVAC-related skills, including HVAC Design and practical HVAC system understanding.
