Role Overview
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to drive MIS, business analytics, inventory reporting, and financial performance tracking for a fast-growing costume jewellery brand. The role will work closely with CFO and leadership to provide actionable insights on sales, inventory, profitability, working capital, and channel performance across D2C, marketplaces,



retail stores, and wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Management Information System (MIS)
Prepare and publish Weekly/BiWeekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Develop dashboards for sales, inventory, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
Automate reporting processes and reduce manual intervention.
Sales & Business Analytics
Analyze channel-wise performance (all channels).
Track sales trends, category performance, conversion metrics, and growth opportunities.
Generate SKU-level profitability and sales reports.
Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-performing products.
Inventory & Supply Chain Analytics
Monitor inventory ageing, stock turnover, stock-outs, and excess inventory.
Track replenishment requirements and inventory health.
Work with merchandising and operations teams to optimize stock levels.
