Role Description The Curriculum Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing, structuring,



and continuously improving curricula for engineering and medical programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and academic requirements. Day-to-day tasks include mapping course outcomes, creating detailed syllabi, developing learning objectives, and collaborating with subject matter experts and faculty to integrate practical projects, labs, and assessments. The Curriculum Engineer will review and update existing course content, incorporate emerging technologies and trends, and ensure consistency and quality across modules and programs. The role also includes collecting and analyzing feedback from learners and instructors, supporting accreditation and university partner requirements, and preparing documentation and reports related to curriculum development.
