Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying business leads, conducting outbound calls, researching prospects, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a proactive approach, good follow-up abilities, and a strong interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through outbound calling, online research, databases, social media, and other relevant sources.
Research and identify potential customers and target businesses.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products/services.
Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Qualify leads based on business needs, interest,



budget, and potential.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline.
Maintain and update lead information, follow-up status, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Track and monitor lead-generation activities and conversion status.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
Identify new lead-generation channels and opportunities to improve the quality and quantity of leads.
Prepare regular reports on lead-generation activities and performance.
Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with prospects.
