Role Description The Manager of Operations will oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves managing operational planning, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, and supervising event logistics from pre-production through post-event review.



The role includes developing timelines and workflows, tracking resources and expenditures, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The Manager of Operations will also handle risk management, troubleshoot issues during events, maintain documentation and reports, and support senior leadership in strategic planning and business growth.
Qualifications

Experience in event operations, including planning, logistics coordination, and on-ground execution.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and oversee multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in vendor management, contract coordination, and negotiation to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.
Effective leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.
