Role Summary
The Associate Manager, Paid Media will work with designated business marketing teams in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across digital and programmatic channels. This role partners closely with industry verticals, capability horizontals, and corporate marketing teams to translate business goals into media activation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
This is an individual contributor role within a team of digital marketers,



collaborating with partner agencies, advertising platforms, and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class B2B and ABM paid media campaigns , reporting, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid media planning, execution, and reporting across global and regional campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, DV360, 6sense, Reddit, and Snapchat .
- Partner with campaign leads, marketing operations, analytics, and creative teams to design integrated channel strategies .
- Track and optimise against key paid media KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, engagement, and website performance metrics .
