Job Title : Guidewire InsuranceSuite Technical Architect

Job Type : Full time/Contract

Experience : 12+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations.
5+ years of hands-on Guidewire experience involving implementation, configuration, customization, solution design, and production support.
Strong expertise in Guidewire Architecture, Solution Design, and Technical Leadership.
Proven experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud and On-Premise environments.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience designing complex business rules and enterprise integrations.
Working knowledge of application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat.




Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
Guidewire Integration Certification.
Lead and mentor Guidewire development teams while driving technical excellence across project deliveries.
Design scalable and reusable architectures for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations.
Lead solution discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and technical assessments for complex insurance business requirements.
Configure and develop Guidewire components using Gosu, PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, and Product Designer.
Design reusable Guidewire components, accelerators, frameworks, and technical assets to improve development productivity.
Troubleshoot complex Guidewire issues and provide architectural recommendations and effective workarounds.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
