Role Description The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for leading the overall business operations across the Group's manufacturing facilities in Thrissur(Kerala)



and Thiruvallur (Tamil Nadu),
ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, profitability, and cross-functional
alignment. The GM will work closely with the Managing Director to execute strategic
initiatives, standardize operational practices across locations, strengthen organizational
capabilities, and drive continuous improvement throughout the Group.

Qualifications

Provide leadership for the Group's manufacturing operations across Thrissur (Kerala)
and Thiruvallur (Tamil Nadu), ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization across all
manufacturing facilities.

Execute business strategies and annual operating plans in line with the Group's
growth objectives.

Oversee Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement,
Quality, Maintenance, and Administration functions.
