Role Summary:The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of Growel's Ornamental Fish Feed products across the assigned territory. The role involves developing new markets, strengthening dealer and distributor networks, managing retail relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.This role is ideal for energetic fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of sales experience who are passionate about field sales and business development. Candidates from Medical Sales, FMCG are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in the assigned market.




Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, retailers, aquariums, breeders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Ensure product availability and effective distribution across the territory.
Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and dealer engagement programs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Office and CRM tools.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Experience in Medical Sales, FMCG, Consumer Products, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented
