Every interaction contributes to occupancy
If this role is strong → conversions increase, occupancy improves, brand trust builds. If this role is weak → leads drop, inventory stays empty, trust erodes

Your mandate is clear
Own the customer journey from inquiry → booking → move-in
Convert leads with clarity, speed, and consistency
Recommend the right property based on real needs
Follow up until decision is made
Maintain robust CRM discipline
Contribute directly to occupancy
This is not a calling role. This is a conversion ownership role.
