Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment activities, onboarding and induction, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and attendance systems. The role also involves handling employee relations, addressing inquiries and concerns, supporting performance management, and assisting in training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will work closely with leadership to implement HR policies, support organizational culture, and contribute to continuous process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Delhi.

Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience managing core HR functions.
Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.




Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee issues, support engagement, and foster a positive workplace.
Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance practices, and basic labor regulations relevant to the manufacturing or electrical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and departments.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software; familiarity with payroll processes is an advantage.
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment is beneficial.
