The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying suitable career opportunities for candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring process, and maintaining effective communication. We will provide training on US hiring processes and industry terminology

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential IT candidates and guide them on suitable career opportunities with our US clients
Source profiles using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Review resumes and conduct preliminary discussions to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and job expectations
