Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) / Senior Accountant based in Kerala to take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting for our U.S.-based company .
The ideal candidate must have expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online , solid experience with U.S. accounting and taxation , and the ability to provide management with accurate and meaningful financial information every month.
This is not simply a bookkeeping or data-entry position. We need someone who can oversee our financial records,



monitor company performance, manage budgets and cash flow, coordinate tax compliance, and advise management based on the numbers.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuickBooks & Accounting
- Maintain the company's complete books using QuickBooks Online .
- Ensure all income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity transactions are properly categorized.
- Maintain and improve the Chart of Accounts.
- Record and review invoices, bills, payments, deposits, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
