Position: Assistant Director – Medical Coding & Revenue Cycle Management
Experience: 15 to 17 Years
Certification: Mandatory AAPC Certification (CPC/COC/CIC or equivalent)

Key Requirements
• 15 to 17 years of overall experience in Medical Coding and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Mandatory AAPC certification with a robust understanding of coding compliance and industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale operations with a team size of 150–200+ FTEs.
• Extensive multispecialty coding experience, including:
o Evaluation & Management (E&M;)
o Surgery (Major and Minor Procedures)
o Denials Management and Resolution
• Solid domain expertise across coding operations, billing workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients/customers and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, operational governance, and service delivery.
• Hands-on experience in:
o Transition Management
o Process Migration and Stabilization




o Revenue Optimization Initiatives
o Productivity and Quality Management
o Workforce Planning and Performance Management

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end coding and RCM operations for multispecialty accounts.
• Drive operational excellence, quality, productivity, and SLA compliance.
• Manage client communications, governance meetings, and business reviews.
• Lead transitions, process improvements, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop large teams while ensuring employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
