Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Channel Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive growth in general insurance products.



Daily activities include identifying and onboarding new partners, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular guidance and support to ensure achievement of revenue goals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design partner-specific sales strategies, conducting training and product briefings for partner teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Channel Sales Manager also handles escalations, supports customer service initiatives through partners, and prepares periodic reports and forecasts for leadership.
Qualifications

Strong channel-focused selling capabilities, including experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners.
Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor sales initiatives.
Solid Customer Service orientation, with skills in relationship management and handling partner and customer
