Position Overview
The Jr. Architect cum Construction Manager (Architectural Works, Interiors & Finishes)



shall report to the Sr. Architect cum Construction Manager and be responsible for ensuring work-front availability, achieving agreed construction progress targets, identifying and escalating delays, constraints, resource shortages, and interface-related bottlenecks, and supporting timely delivery of architectural works. The role involves progress monitoring, construction supervision, quality assurance, testing, commissioning, and handover of architectural works, interior fit-outs, façade systems, finishes, passenger-facing areas, and associated airport facilities.
The incumbent shall review GFC drawings and identify site-related discrepancies, review technical submissions, monitor construction progress and quality, coordinate with contractors, consultants, designers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders, and ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedu
