Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Regional Head – Sales to lead and accelerate business growth across our Punjab Region covering Mohali, Chandigarh and Zirakpur.
The Regional Head – Sales will take ownership of regional sales performance, branch productivity, team development, customer acquisition and achievement of business targets.




The role requires a strong sales leader who can translate organizational goals into branch-level execution and build a consistently high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
Take overall ownership of sales and business performance across the Punjab region.
Drive achievement of regional targets across Gold Buying, Silver Buying, Gold Loan Settlement and MGIP.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales strategies and branch-wise business plans.
Monitor daily business performance, customer walk-ins, lead conversion, productivity and target achievement across all branches.
Lead, coach and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams to improve individual and branch performance.
Establish clear performance expectations and ensure accountability for assigned KPIs and business targets.
Identify underperforming branches and implement immediate corrective action plans.
Drive new customer acquisition through local marketing
