About the Role

We are looking for a strong, business-driven VP Sales with extensive experience in FMCG and commodity businesses, particularly in categories such as soap, edible oil, rice, packaged foods, or similar fast-moving consumer products.

The ideal candidate should be a hardcore sales and business skilled with a proven track record of building distribution networks, developing markets, managing large sales teams, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

As the Vice President – Sales, you will play a key role in developing the sales strategy, expanding the distributor and retailer network, entering new markets, strengthening existing business, and building a strong sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role.



We are looking for someone who understands the realities of the FMCG market—not just from reports and presentations, but from actual experience in the field. The right person should be comfortable working with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, sales teams, and key customers while also working closely with the management on long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG and/or commodity Businesses, with hands-on exposure to one or more of the following product categories: Soap / Personal Care Products, Rice / Food Grains, and Edible Oil. Candidates with a strong understanding of the Uttar Pradesh (Eastern UP) FMCG market and existing market relationships will be preferred.
