We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, documentation, follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams for day-to-day sales activities.
Receive and register customer enquiries, RFQs, BOQs and project requirements.
Understand basic customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant sales/technical team.
Prepare and maintain enquiry, quotation and opportunity trackers.




Coordinate with technical teams / OEMs for BOQ preparation, solution design, product selection and technical documentation.
Coordinate with procurement/vendors for product pricing, availability and lead times.
Prepare commercial quotations based on approved pricing and technical inputs.
Submit quotations, company profiles, product datasheets and other required documents to customers.
Maintain proper records of all quotations and customer communications.
Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and pending enquiries.
Track quotation status and update the sales team regularly.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
