Role Description The Manager Admission is a full time, on-site role based at the TransGlobe Academy campus in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing the entire admissions process, including counseling prospective learners, providing course information, and guiding applicants from inquiry to enrollment. The Manager Admission will coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth onboarding,



and adherence to institutional policies. Daily tasks include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting presentations or information sessions, maintaining admission records, preparing reports, and supporting marketing initiatives related to student recruitment. The role also involves monitoring admission targets, enhancing the applicant experience, and suggesting process improvements to strengthen the admissions function.
Qualifications
Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership, with experience in academic administration or admissions management.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to counsel and support diverse learner profiles professionally.
Experience in Curriculum Development or familiarity with vocational and professional training programs is an advantage.
