Position: Junior Field Technician – New Installation

Gilco Global is looking for Junior Field Technicians – New Installation for our Gurugram and Chandigarh operations.
We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in the lift/elevator industry who understand installation-site requirements and are keen to develop further within New Installation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in installation and commissioning of lifts/elevators at project sites.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical installation activities as per approved drawings and instructions.
• Assist with guide rails, landing doors, car assembly, machine/equipment positioning, wiring and alignment.
• Support testing, adjustment and troubleshooting during installation and commissioning.
• Read and follow lift installation drawings, wiring diagrams and technical instructions.




• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment and installation material at site.
• Strictly follow PPE and prescribed site-safety procedures.
• Maintain installation quality in accordance with company and project standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and other site teams to meet installation schedules.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting and job-progress records.
• Travel to project sites as required.
Candidate Profile
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical trade preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience specifically in the lift/elevator industry is mandatory.
• Practical exposure to lift installation / Recent Installation activities.
• Basic understanding of lift electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and site instructions.
• Comfortable working at installation and construction sites.
• Strong regard for safety, discipline and workman
