Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote Khashsoft’s custom software and IT services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research,



preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. The role also involves negotiating contracts, monitoring account performance, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to refine service offerings. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with leadership on growth strategies, revenue targets, and long-term client partnerships.
