What you'll do:
This is not a delivery-side BA role. You won't spend your days writing user stories against a signed contract.
You'll own the client's problem from the first discovery call through to a delivered solution — and then look for what else we could solve for them. Concretely:
Discovery. Join sales calls with prospects. Ask the questions that surface what's actually broken in their operations, not just what they think they want.




Solution design. Translate a business problem into a technical approach our team can deliver — with a realistic scope, timeline and effort estimate behind it.
Proposals. Write them. Own them. Defend them in front of the client.
Requirements. Turn the agreed solution into something our engineering team can build without guessing.
Delivery involvement. Stay close through the build — manage scope, keep the client informed, make sure what ships matches what was sold.
Account growth. You'll know the client's business better than anyone. Use that to find the next opportunity.
You'll work across industries - manufacturing, retail, real estate, healthcare, logistics, professional services, SaaS. The common thread isn't the sector; it's businesses with operational complexity and no internal engineering team.
